Our pricing scales with volume. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost — and the more your freight cost per bottle drops as you fill out a pallet. Below are our standard wholesale tiers for custom labeled bottled water.

Plastic Bottles (8oz, 12oz, 16.9oz)

Minimum Order Quantities

Our minimum order for customized water bottles wholesale is 12 cases. That's roughly 288 bottles for 16.9oz plastic — enough for a mid-size event or a first run to test your label design before committing to a larger quantity.

For wholesale accounts ordering on a recurring basis, we recommend starting with 50–100 cases to get meaningful volume pricing and to justify the freight cost per bottle. Most of our wholesale customers order 2–4 times per year and keep a small inventory on hand for ongoing needs.

There is no maximum. We've fulfilled orders of 50,000+ bottles for national trade shows and convention centers. If you're planning a large run, contact us early — lead times on very large orders can extend to 3–4 weeks depending on current production schedules.

Freight and Shipping for Bulk Custom Water Bottles

Water is heavy. A pallet of 16.9oz bottles weighs approximately 1,800 lbs. This is the variable most wholesale buyers underestimate when comparing providers.

We operate bottling plants across the United States. When you request a quote, we route your order from the facility closest to your delivery address. That proximity matters more than almost anything else on a large order:

• Freight from a nearby facility: approximately $0.10/lb — a pallet ships for roughly $150–$200
• Freight from across the country: approximately $1.30/lb — the same pallet can cost $600–$800 more

We ship palletized freight via common carriers at negotiated rates. For most wholesale orders, this is significantly cheaper than UPS or FedEx ground. If you have a preferred freight carrier or a dock at your facility, we can work with your carrier as well.

Rush freight is available for time-sensitive orders. Contact us for rush pricing — it varies by destination and carrier availability.

• FDA-certified, SQF-certified water — purified water from certified facilities. Your brand is on the bottle; the water inside should meet the same standard.
• BPA-free bottles — all plastic bottles are BPA-free.
• Proof approval before production — you see and approve a digital proof before we run a single bottle.

First-time orders take longer because of the design and proofing process. Here's what to plan for:

• First order: 2–4 weeks from artwork approval to delivery, depending on order size and destination
• Reorders: 7–10 business days once your label is on file and approved
