Refund policy

Every bottle we ship is printed, bottled, and packaged just for you. That's the trade-off with custom work: once an order is approved and enters production, we can't take it back or issue a refund. All sales on personalized and made-to-order products are final.

That said, if something's wrong, we want to know.

Print errors. Quality issues. Anything that doesn't match what you approved. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description, and photos if you have them. Our team reviews every report and works directly with you on a resolution.


Shipping damage is handled differently, and timing matters here.


When the truck arrives, inspect the pallet before you sign anything. Note every issue on the bill of lading. Take photos of the damage and of your written notes on the delivery paperwork. If the shipment looks badly beaten up, reject it outright and the carrier will send it back. Without documentation at the point of delivery, shipping companies won't honor the claim, and there's not much we can do from our end.
