If you are designing your own custom label, you can upload vector format artwork. We accept EPS, Ai, SVG and PDF vector files. Please do not upload your files to the "conversion websites" as they do not increase the file quality and will not work for print. We DO NOT accept low quality files. Files will need to be at least 300 DPI resolution.

Every order ships nationwide by palletized freight. Freight is quoted based on your order quantity and destination. Please reach out with your delivery details or any special requirements for an exact quote.
You can use a freight carrier of your own choice when arranged in advance. We will require a copy of the carrier's bill of lading plus a contact name and phone number. Your order will still be prepared as a palletized freight shipment.
Every bottled water order ships by palletized freight rather than individual parcel service. Freight is quoted according to the order quantity and destination, and we can coordinate delivery requirements when preparing your quote.
