Send your logo in any format, including JPG or PNG. Vector artwork such as EPS, Ai, SVG, and PDF is preferred when available. Low-resolution files may require recreation, and conversion websites do not increase source quality.

How do you ship bottled water orders?
Every bottled water order ships by palletized freight rather than individual parcel service. Freight is quoted according to the order quantity and destination, and we can coordinate delivery requirements when preparing your quote.
Can we use our own freight company?
You can use a freight carrier of your own choice when arranged in advance. We will require a copy of the carrier's bill of lading plus a contact name and phone number. Your order will still be prepared as a palletized freight shipment.
