Plastic Bottle Pricing
Our plastic bottled water comes in three sizes. Each water bottle is BPA-free, filled with high-quality purified water, and includes a full-color waterproof label. You can personalize every water bottle with your logo, event details, or any brand message — at no extra charge.

Volume pricing applies. The more you order, the lower your per-bottle cost. A single case of 24 bottles runs differently than a pallet order of 1,800 bottles. Aluminum Bottle Pricing
Our custom labeled aluminum bottled water comes in one size: 16oz. Starting at $1.25 per bottle, it's the right choice for premium environments: luxury hotels, upscale events, sustainability-focused brands. The per-bottle cost is higher, but the material signals something plastic doesn't, and the larger label surface gives you more design flexibility.
Aluminum bottles are infinitely recyclable. For brands with ESG commitments or audiences that care about environmental impact, that's a real differentiator worth the price difference.

What Affects Your Price
Four variables move the number on your quote:
Quantity: The single biggest factor. Per-bottle cost drops as order size increases. If you're comparing quotes, make sure you're comparing the same quantity. Per-bottle pricing at 100 bottles looks very different from pricing at 2,400 bottles.
Bottle size and material: Plastic vs aluminum is the largest per-unit cost gap. Within plastic, size differences are smaller. The 8oz, 12oz, and 16.9 oz all start at the same base price.
Freight: Water is heavy. Freight is calculated by weight and distance from the nearest bottling plant to your delivery address. We have plants across the country, so we route from the closest facility to your location. That keeps freight costs lower than you'd get shipping cross-country. A pallet of 16.9oz plastic bottles weighs roughly 1,800 lbs. Freight on that order is a meaningful line item, and your delivery address matters.
Label complexity: Full-color waterproof labels are standard on every order. Complex labels with gradients, fine detail, or specialty finishes may affect production lead time but typically don't change price for standard orders. Custom die-cut label shapes are an exception. Contact us if your label requires a non-standard shape.
What's Included at No Extra Charge
A few things that come up on every first call:
- Label design: Included. Every order of custom labeled water comes with a custom water bottle label built by our design team. Send us your logo and brand assets, or describe what you're looking for. No design fee.
- Setup and plate fees: None. We don't charge setup fees on any order size.
- Proof and revision: Included. You approve the label before anything goes to production. Most proofs are ready within a few business days, and revisions are part of the process.
- Purified water: Standard. We purify every batch at FDA-certified, SQF-certified facilities using multi-stage filtration. This isn't spring water or municipal tap — it's consistent, high-quality water on every order.
