Pricing starts at $0.29 per bottle. For a 500-person trade show booth where you want to keep bottles stocked for two days, a typical order runs 1,000-2,000 bottles (40-80 cases).
Aluminum Bottles (16oz)
Our aluminum bottle sizes and pricing start at $1.25 per bottle. Aluminum is the right choice when the event positioning calls for premium — executive events, luxury brand activations, high-end hospitality. The larger surface area gives you more room for label design, and the material itself communicates quality in a way plastic doesn't.
Aluminum is also infinitely recyclable, which matters for brands with sustainability commitments. If your company has ESG goals or your audience cares about environmental impact, aluminum is the better story to tell.
Label Design for Corporate Events
Event labels are different from wedding labels. The goal isn't sentiment — it's brand recognition and message delivery.
The most effective event labels lead with the logo. Big, centered, immediately readable. Secondary elements — tagline, event name, date, QR code — support the logo rather than compete with it.
QR codes work particularly well on event water bottles. They're small, they don't clutter the design, and they give you a measurable touchpoint. A QR code on a water bottle that gets carried around a trade show floor for eight hours is a low-cost distribution channel for whatever you want people to see.

Quantities and Logistics for Events
Event orders have different logistics than wedding orders. A few things to plan for:
Estimate high. Running out of branded water at a trade show booth is worse than having extra. Extra cases can be used at the next event or in the office. A rough rule: plan for 1.5 bottles per attendee per day for indoor events, 2 bottles per attendee per day for outdoor events in warm weather.
Freight matters more at scale. A pallet of 16.9oz bottles weighs around 1,800 lbs. For large orders, freight from a nearby bottling plant can save hundreds of dollars compared to shipping from across the country. We have plants across the US — when you request a quote, include your delivery address and we'll route from the closest facility.
Lead time for large orders. First orders take 2-4 weeks from label approval to delivery. Reorders are faster — typically 7-10 business days once your label is on file. If you have a hard event date, tell us upfront. Rush options are available.
Pallet delivery vs. parcel. Large event orders ship on pallets via freight carrier, not UPS or FedEx. Freight is significantly cheaper per pound for heavy shipments. Make sure your delivery location can receive a pallet — most convention centers and hotels can, but it's worth confirming.
