How do I order personalized bottled water?
A great start is to consider which size you prefer. Our most popular sizes are the 12oz and 16.9oz. Then you will want to request an estimate. If you are unsure on which bottle size will work best for your needs - please give our experts a call at (877) 702-9443. We are standing by to assist.
Once we know your bottle size an delivery location we can provide a tiered pricing list. The more you order the better your cost per bottle. You can let us know what quantity you are looking for and share your logo along with any info you want on the label. From there we can create a complete estimate and an initial label concept for you to review.
Production begins once artwork, order and payment are received. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please request an estimate to get started.
What is Custom Label Bottled Water?
Custom bottled water is a bottled water product that features personalized labels or custom branding. Can you do rush orders and, if so, what is the charge?
Yes, we can accommodate almost any rush request depending on the size of the bottle and the time of the year. The cost depends on a variety of factors so please contact your customer service rep for exact details.
Who Advertises with Custom Bottled Water?
Many different organizations utilize customized bottled water to promote their products and services. Our label bottled water is regularly found at Hotels near the bedside and poolside, Valets place them in the cup holder, Banks give them away during events, golf clubs place their branded bottles in the coolers and carts and Churches use them during outreach efforts, just to name a few. Basically, custom water is a great tool anywhere you or your brand may connect with people.
What kind of file formats can I upload to your site or send to you guys?
If you are designing your own custom label, you can upload vector format artwork. We accept EPS, Ai, SVG and PDF vector files. Please do not upload your files to the "conversion websites" as they do not increase the file quality and will not work for print. We DO NOT accept low quality files. Files will need to be at least 300 DPI resolution.

How much does shipping cost?
We have bottling plants all across the United States to insure the lowest possible shipping costs. The cost to ship varies based on your delivery address and the size of the order. Please reach out to discuss any special needs.
Can we use our own freight company?
You can absolutely use a carrier of your own choice. We will require a copy of their bill of lading and a contact name and phone number at the freight company.
That said, 99.95% of the orders we bottle are shipped by our team. We have incredible shipping rates to keep your costing as low as possible while insuring your shipment moves in a timely manner.
Can you ship bottled water using UPS or FedEx?
We can, although we are usually very reluctant to do so. It is generally much more costly to ship via these methods and often results in a greater degree of damage than palletizing the cases and using a common carrier. An example is that a single case of water (16.9oz 24pk @ 30lbs) may cost about $1.30-1.35 per pound to ship. For comparison, most of our shipments we book range about $0.10 per pound. The savings is pretty serious when we use our over-the-road contract carriers.
