Every bottle we ship is custom-bottled just for your brand. Here's what to expect from production through delivery.

Production & Lead Time

Custom labeled water is a made-to-order product. Standard lead time runs 7–10 business days from artwork approval to ship date. Rush production is available — call us at (877) 702-9443 for current turnaround and pricing.

How We Ship

We operate bottling facilities across the United States, which lets us ship from a plant close to you and keep freight costs low.

Pallet freight (bulk orders): Most orders ship palletized via common carrier freight. This is the most cost-effective method and the default for full-case orders. Our negotiated freight rates are significantly lower than parcel carriers.

UPS / FedEx (smaller quantities): Parcel carriers are available for smaller shipments. The cost difference is substantial — roughly 10–13x higher per pound than pallet freight. We quote both options so you can choose.

Using Your Own Carrier

If you have a preferred freight carrier or negotiated rates, you can use your own. Provide your carrier name and account number when placing your order and we will arrange pickup from our facility at no additional charge.

Delivery Inspection

When your shipment arrives, inspect the pallet before signing the bill of lading. Note any damage in writing on the delivery paperwork and take photos. If a shipment is badly damaged, you have the right to refuse it — the carrier will return it to us at their expense. Without written documentation at the point of delivery, freight claims cannot be processed. See our Refund Policy for full details on reporting shipping damage.
