Outreach and community events: Food drives, neighborhood events, block parties, community service days. Branded water distributed at these events puts your church's name in front of people who may not know you yet. It's an introduction that costs less than a flyer and gets used instead of ignored.

Baptism services: Some churches order a small run of custom labeled water specifically for baptism services: a keepsake bottle for the family, labeled with the date and a scripture verse. 8oz bottles work well for this. Quantities are usually small (24-100 bottles), and our minimums accommodate that.

Fundraisers and events: Branded water at church fundraisers, galas, and community events. Sell them at cost recovery, include them in donor gift bags, or use them as hospitality at the event itself.

Bottle Options

Most church orders use our plastic bottled water options, starting at $0.29 per bottle. The 16.9oz size is the standard for general distribution. The 8oz size works well for children's programming and keepsake orders.

For special services or donor appreciation events where you want a more premium look, our aluminum bottle sizes and pricing start at $1.25 per bottle. The larger label surface works well for designs that include scripture or a custom illustration.

Label Design for Churches

Church labels typically include the church name, logo, and sometimes a scripture verse or tagline. Keep it simple. A clean label with your name and logo reads better than a crowded design, and it photographs better at events.

Design service is included at no charge on every order. Send us your logo and any design preferences, and we'll put together a proof for your approval. We accept vector files (EPS, AI, SVG, PDF at 300 DPI minimum). See our label art specifications for file requirements.

Ordering and Pricing

Plastic bottles start at $0.29 per bottle. There's no minimum order that prices out a small congregation. A case of 24 bottles runs about $7-10 depending on size and quantity. Freight is calculated by weight and your delivery address. We have plants across the country, so shipping is usually straightforward.

First orders take 2-3 weeks from label approval to delivery. Reorders are faster once your label is on file.
